Horde and Devastation should go to Warfare with tomes focusing on non-magic benefits suitable to a barbarian player, similar to the warlord from AoW 3, though a siege spell from devastation belongs in technology, and Flameburst Weapons should go to fire. except for Mayhem Pandemonium and Revelry.Ĭhaos should be given new tomes to represent the nature of chaos as chaotic, not necessarily evil. Most existing Chaos tomes should be split between Warfare and Demonology. Materialism should have tomes focused on technology and resource exploitation, what happened to my Gunpowder? Where are my grenades? Where's my Steam Engine? These schools of magic should be fleshed out. Tome of Rock, Terramancy, and some spells should be moved to Earth. Tome of the Winds, Evocation, and Chain Lighting should obviously be moved to wind. Tome of Cryomancy, and Cold Dark should be moved to ice. Tome of Pyromancy should obviously be moved to fire. Granted historically Wind and Ice have always shared a school but that's always bugged me. First there should be elemental tomes for Earth Air Fire Water and Ice in their own elementalist category dealing with the costs power and upkeep of elemental spells. ![]()
